Please join us for the first Mediation Peer Exchange of 2022. The focus of the discussion will be landlord engagement and landlord incentives. Together, we will: Review the latest white paper from Housing Alliance on models of incentives used by public housing authorities and homelessness assistance programs to help cultivate new landlord partnerships and preserve existing ones. Provide overview of the National League of Cities Landlord Engagement Lab technical assistance for cities wanting to engage landlords in eviction prevention efforts (currently accepting applications until March 25th). Hear from a local Landlord Association on a landlord-lead initiative to line-up housing for people overcoming homelessness.
