WEBINAR: PHFA Shares Implementation Details for New PA COVID Relief Mortgage & Rental Assistance Program

Join the Housing Alliance of PA as we talk with Bryce Maretzki, Director, Policy and Planning, for the PA Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) who will provide details on implementation of the new rental assistance and mortgage relief program for people impacted by COVID-19 related job loss. More Information on the New Program: On May 29, 2020, Governor Wolf signed into law legislation (House Bill 2510) allocating the commonwealth’s federally funded Coronavirus Relief Fund to various programs across the state. The legislation included the creation of a dedicated rent and mortgage assistance program to help those whose livelihoods have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. PHFA will release the guidelines for the program on June 29. Counties will begin taking applications for assistance on July 6.
