WEBINAR: Innovative Housing Practices for Healthy Aging in Place

In this webinar, participants will learn about the complex health, social and long-term needs of older, vulnerable adults and the continuum of housing and service options available to meet their needs. Presenters from the Corporation for Supportive Housing and Pennsylvania Department of Aging will analyze how specific social determinants like housing contribute to health promotion, stability and self-sufficiency and discuss the Pennsylvania Department of Aging’s pioneering Housing Pilots; SHARE, a three county program that gives a new spin to the Shared Housing Model and ECHO (Elder Cottage Housing Opportunity), a portable housing choice that allows an individual to share a property with their family, while living in their own home.
