PHFA Opens Applications for New Rental and Mortgage Assistance

PHFA applications for a new rental and mortgage assistance program are available as of June 29th and will be accepted when the program opens on July 6th. This new program is funded through the Federal Coronavirus Relief Fund allocated by the Governor and the Legislature and totals $175 million.
