New Housing Stability Trainings Off to a Strong Start
The Housing Alliance recently launched a series of tailored housing stability trainings available to organizations and communities across the Commonwealth. Our Training and Education Director, Ben Cattell Noll, has already facilitated trainings in York and Clinton Counties focused on Motivational Interviewing skills for housing and human services professionals. Early feedback has been exceptionally strong, with participants rating the trainings an average of 4.83 and 5.0 out of 5 and highlighting both the practical value of the content and the engaging delivery. Better yet, hear from one of the training hosts directly: “We had the pleasure of hosting Ben Cattell Noll for Motivational Interview Training yesterday at our site. Ben has all the right qualities for an outstanding trainer. He’s personable, knowledgeable, adaptable, and very engaging. I will definitely consider him for future training opportunities.” (Jeffrey E. Rich, Executive Director, Clinton County Housing Authority)
We are grateful to our hosts in York and Clinton Counties for partnering with us to strengthen housing stability services and support frontline professionals. The Housing Alliance looks forward to bringing these and other customized training opportunities to communities across Pennsylvania.
