Montour County residents may be able to tap into a $500,000 grant for no-cost housing repairs if they apply to get on the wait list now. Interested homeowners may call SEDA-COG’s Stacy Anderson at 800-326-9310. If the application is successful, the HOME Existing Owner-Occupied Housing Program grant may be awarded in early 2020. Homeowners can now receive up to $65,000 for home repairs.
