Southwestern Pa. evictions rising, especially in less populous areas, as relief programs expire

Eviction filings in Pennsylvania spiked in the latter part of 2021 when federal moratoriums were lifted, but the number of families at risk of being put out of their homes last year was still lower than it was prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania.
