| Will You Be One of the 1,000 That Come Together? Last year’s annual Homes Within Reach Conference gathered more participants than ever before – 957 people from nonprofits, local government, housing developers, and service organizations as well as people with lived experience. Please accept my invitation to be one of the 1,000 that come together at this year’s event – the 20th anniversary of the Homes Within Reach Conference – on December 4-6, 2024 at the Hershey Lodge once again. Registration is open, and there really is something for everyone. Fan favorites include: -Always a packed room, you can hear directly from PHFA Executive Director and CEO Robin Wiessmann and agency leadership on agency updates, new initiatives, and current and possible future priorities. -Involved in homeless assistance and / or the local Continuum of Care? One of our absolute most popular speakers is Suzanne Wagner, Principal, Housing Innovations. Suzanne advises small, medium, and large organizations and continuums of care on a wide array of topics and this year will cover community-wide performance and housing first strategies. -Want to learn from others across the country on blight remediation and land bank strategies? We welcome back PA native Kim Graziani with the Center for Community Progress to talk about national land bank learnings and findings and tools that could be implemented here in PA.
