Due to popular demand, we’re offering 2 new sponsorship opportunities at the HWR 2023 Conference!
You have to act fast. Take advantage of our Massage Stations sponsorship and/or Break Station sponsorships TODAY.

Here is more information about each sponsorship opportunity. 

Massage Stations Sponsor:  Only 1 available.  Price is $3,000 for this 3-hour experience that our HWR Conference participants look forward every year.  Located in the Exhibit Hall from 3:30 to 6:30 PM on Thursday, December 7th.  Day 2 is typically the most well-attended day of the conference.  Your company name will appear on a sign next to the massage stations. 

Break Station Sponsorships:  5 available (2 on Day 1 and 3 on Day 2).  Price is $2,000 each.  A break station includes beverages and snacks for our conference participants to enjoy.  Your company name will appear on a sign at the break station table.

The deadline to confirm your sponsorship is Tuesday, November 21st.
