Webinar Recording: Housing Resource for the Homeless and those with Special Needs

Learn about the FHLBank of Pittsburgh’s Affordable Housing Program (AHP) which provides grants and subsidized loans up to $650,000 per project for costs associated with the acquisition, construction or rehabilitation of single or multi-family housing for individuals and families.  AHP provides a flexible source of funding, includes funding terms that work well with other funding sources, offers a user-friendly online application, and allows for transparent project scoring and feasibility process.

Given the Bank’s policy focus this year, the goal is to work with organizations/agencies that provide much needed rehabilitation of owner-occupied units and to work with those providers that reserve units for homeless and special needs populations.

The webinar covers:

  • Overview of the focus on homeless and special needs populations and owner-occupied rehabilitation
  • The benefits of the Affordable Housing Program
  • How to apply
