Six Years Later: The State of Pennsylvania Land Banks
In October 2012, Pennsylvania passed Act 153 allowing communities to create land banks to tackle blight and vacant properties. Now, Pennsylvania has 20 land banks! Communities throughout Pennsylvania have been exploring new and innovative ways to create and operate their land banks. This webinar will review the current status of Pennsylvania Land Banks, the future of land banks in Pennsylvania and provide attendees with a preview of the Housing Alliance’s upcoming blight report that will be release at our 14th annual Homes Within Reach Conference on October 29th.
