Interested in empowering and supporting the people you serve?
The Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania is seeking 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, housing authorities, and other organizations to participate in a state-based voter engagement program from June 2022 through Election Day on November 8, 2022.
This webinar will share our plans for voter registration, education, and engagement and ways that we hope to partner with local organizations. Organizations with limited experience engaging voters and those that provide direct housing and / or services support are highly encouraged to participate. There are opportunities to apply for mini-grants and small stipends. Through this initiative, we plan to provide training on state voting rules, nonpartisanship, and other issues.
Nonprofit organizations and housing authorities CAN provide information to support program participants to vote. All activities must be nonpartisan and through this initiative we can help you understand what you can and cannot do.
