Interactive Land Bank Map

In 2012, Pennsylvania passed Land Bank Act 153. This act allows communities to purchase land to develop opportunities for housing and economic growth within their own community. Communities have been utilizing land banks throughout the state to ensure community growth.   This map details current land banks in Pennsylvania. Counties are highlighted but the markers are placed at the operating sites of these land banks. When you click on the marker, you can find the land bank’s address, contact information, land bank ordinance, leadership of the land bank, and various properties owned by the land bank.
