Job Opening: TLC Program Manager, Tabor Community Services, Lancaster, PA

Tabor Community Services is hiring a fulltime TLC Programs Manager – TLC provides temporary housing and related services to bridge homelessness to permanent housing using a facility with 52 hotel-type rooms in downtown Lancaster, PA. Typically the census totals nearly 100+ individuals including 35+ children. Responsibilities include: Supervision of case management team, part-time caseload helping families and individuals, including but not limited to Veterans and returning citizens, goal setting that will lead to permanent housing and greater self-sufficiency, assisting with intake procedures, overseeing provision of direct services to participants, the ability to work with a diverse population, knowledge of community resources, and on call duties (1/3 of the 24/7/365 coverage).  One should expect to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task and stay organized. Requirements: MSW with 5 or more years of relevant experience including a minimum of two years of supervisory responsibilities and two years of direct service case management, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish highly important and strongly desired.
