Presenters from the Corporation for Supportive Housing and Pennsylvania Department of Aging will analyze how specific social determinants like housing contribute to health promotion, stability and self-sufficiency and discuss the Pennsylvania Department of Aging’s pioneering Housing Pilots; SHARE, a three county program that gives a new spin to the Shared Housing Model and ECHO (Elder Cottage Housing Opportunity), a portable housing choice that allows an individual to share a property with their family, while living in their own home.
