Housing Alliance Executive Director Liz Hersh appeared on Philadelphia's Fox News recently, to discuss SB 900, an anti-blight bill that would give municipalities more power to make negligent landlords take responsibility for blighted properties. Watch the news video: HERE.

The Neighborhood Blight Reclamation and Revitalization Act passed the PA Senate July 2, 2010 and will now be considered by the House.
